Develop community engagement along the west bank of the Arkansas River in Tulsa by building a state-of-the-art multipurpose recreation facility. Engage the Red Fork District of Tulsa, by bringing to life a jewel of an asset that resides between Downtown Tulsa and Tulsa Hills.
The “Field of Dreams” will become a hub of local activity along the West Bank of the Arkansas River via the new Williams Pedestrian Bridge, the proximity to the Gathering Place, and the intersection of the River Parks Trail system. As dual purposed event center, the facility will become a national and regional destination for large scaled events.
